A Virginia man pleaded guilty Thursday to the gang-related stabbing death of a man at a popular park last year, police said.
Boris Elias Rosa Castro, 19, of Fairfax County, was charged with first-degree murder in the death of 22-year-old Eduardo David Chandias Almendarez.
Almendarez was found dead in Four Mile Run Park on Dec. 4, 2015, six days after he was reported missing
